Cake
1 cup water½ cup oil
3 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Mix cake mix, water, oil, eggs with mixer until well
blended, stir in pecans, coconut and vanilla.
Topping
1 stick butter melted1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup shredded coconut
Melt butter in bowl in a microwave, stir in brown sugar until
smooth and thick, add nuts and coconut and blend well.
It should be thick; if not add more brown sugar.
Spray bundt pan with cooking/baking spray. Spoon topping in bottom of pan. Top with cake mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted
in cake comes out clean. Do not invert cake when first out the oven. Let cool 15
minutes. Turn out on cake plate and get
ready for a bite of bliss!
