3 Tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons of Italian Seasoning (McCormick)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon smoky paprika
2 bay leaves
1 small can diced green chilis (I use mild, but you can turn
up the heat if you want)
Spray a large crockpot or use a liner. Put onions, garlic,
bay leaves, and bell pepper in crockpot.
Place pork on top of vegetables.
In a small bowl, mix all remaining ingredients. Pour on top of pork. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove meat from crockpot and shred. Return to crockpot and cook thirty more
minutes.
